1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mixoo mobile application ("App"), operated by Mixoo ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using any part of the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Mixoo. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. Users in jurisdictions where the minimum age for digital services is higher must comply with local law.

In-app purchases involving virtual currency (Diamonds) may require you to be at least 18 years old or have explicit parental consent in accordance with applicable laws.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated herein.

3Account Registration & Security

You may register using a phone number, UID/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Keep your password and account credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately at support@mixoo.app of any unauthorized account access.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

4Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

Mixoo offers a virtual in-app currency called Diamonds that can be purchased via the App's payment mechanisms. You may use Diamonds to:

• Send virtual gifts to other users during live streams, in rooms, or via posts and chats.
• Purchase decorations, frames, badges, and other cosmetic items.
• Access premium features or unlock certain in-app content.

All Diamond purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Unused Diamonds have no expiration date but may be subject to account termination policies. We reserve the right to modify Diamond pricing, features, or availability at any time.

Creator earnings derived from received gifts may be subject to separate payout terms and applicable tax withholding. Creators are responsible for reporting income in accordance with their local laws.

5User-Generated Content

Mixoo allows users to create, upload, broadcast, and share content including text, images, videos, live audio/video streams, posts, and profile information (collectively, "User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

• Grant Mixoo a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, transmit, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating the App.
• Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
• Acknowledge that User Content may be visible to other users and the general public depending on your privacy settings.

We do not endorse any User Content and are not responsible for User Content posted by other users. You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of sharing it.

6Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Mixoo to:

• Post, share, or broadcast content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Collect or harvest personal data of other users without their consent.
• Engage in spam, phishing, or any form of automated abuse.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App's infrastructure or security.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Use the App to solicit, promote, or facilitate illegal transactions.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• Manipulate, purchase, or artificially inflate engagement metrics (followers, likes, views).

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, without refund of any virtual currency balance.

7Live Rooms & Real-Time Features

Mixoo provides live audio and video rooms, one-on-one calls, and real-time interactive features. You acknowledge that:

• Live streams and rooms are subject to moderation, and we reserve the right to terminate any broadcast that violates these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for all content you broadcast or transmit in real time.
• Other users may record or screenshot live content. While this violates our prohibited conduct rules, we cannot guarantee prevention.
• Audio and video features require device permissions (microphone, camera) that you voluntarily grant.

8Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Mixoo, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

9Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App — including but not limited to software, design, logos, trademarks, and original content — are owned by Mixoo or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Mixoo's trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property.

If you believe that content on the App infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@mixoo.app with a detailed DMCA notice.

10Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App's account settings.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the App and all associated features will be revoked.
• Any unused Diamond balance will be forfeited and non-refundable.
• User Content you shared may be retained for legal compliance purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

11Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Mixoo DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Mixoo SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
